From today, the answer to the question whether a high-quality personality questionnaire can take just 15 minutes, is a resounding “Yes!”
High-quality testing – three times faster
We are proud to present the Adaptive Work-related Personality Inventory (AWPI) and the Adaptive Career Values Inventory (ACI).
Using these tests, it is possible to produce a reliable and valid picture of a candidate’s personality and motivations three times faster than before. The AWPI takes just 10-15 minutes, as opposed to 30-40 minutes. The ACI can be done in just 8-10 minutes instead of 15-20 minutes.

Improving the Candidate Experience
Many organisations use assessments during their recruitment and career development processes. The candidate experience is becoming increasingly important and there is a lot of room for improvement.
We have listened to feedback that questionnaires are often experienced as boring and time-consuming. Candidates have said that they feel as if they are answering the same questions over and over again. We have taken this to heart and looked at solutions.
Our solution is based on psychometry: by offering adaptive tests and questionnaires, test times can be significantly reduced. And uniquely, their reliability and validity remain completely unaffected.
Finalists in the HR Innovation Award Europe
We think our innovation is a big step forward. We are pleased that other players seem to think so too; we have been nominated for the HR Innovation Award at the Zukunft Personal Europe in Germany!

We do not stop developing
An adaptive version of the Interest Questionnaire for Tasks and Sectors (ITS) will be available soon, as well as our test programmes such as Career Scan. This means that it will be possible to get a broad picture of the personality, motivations and interests of a person in just 30 minutes.
Adaptive Intelligence Tests are already a success
In addition to the new adaptive tests, Ixly has been offering two other adaptive tests for some time now. The ACT General Intelligence is an adaptive intelligence test consisting of three sub tests: numerical, figurative and verbal. Together, these sub tests measure the domain of intelligence.
The test recently received a positive assessment by Cotan. In addition, the sub tests may be used separately. Would you like to know more? Please see ACT General Intelligence.
