Mosaics TPI measures spatial awareness. The test can be used for selection procedures, primarily for job positions in which spatial awareness is required. It is a less culturally-sensitive test, implying that a candidate’s social cultural background has a lesser impact on the process.

## Application

Selection and advice, especially for job positions in which concrete spatial awareness is desired.

## Sample question

The assignments consist of a mosaic that needs to be constructed with various puzzle pieces that can be dragged digitally by a mouse to the response area.
