Door middel van de eenvoudig in te vullen vragenlijst worden gegevens verzameld over de kandidaat die direct tot een uitgebreid persoonlijk rapport over zijn of haar arbeidsmarktpositie leiden. **Beschikbaarheid** Arbeidsmarktkansen is beschikbaar in de Test-Toolkit en in het Asesessment Platform. Met de Process-Toolkit maakt u zelf een cliëntenportaal waarin kandidaten toegang krijgen tot de Arbeidsmarktkansen vragenlijst en rapportage. **Ontwikkeling** Arbeidsmarktkansen is beschikbaar gemaakt in de Process-Toolkit in samenwerking met LDC Business en IG Group. Arbeidsmarktkansen is onderbouwd met een uitgebreid marktonderzoek onder andere op basis van data van het CBS, UWV, CPB en DUO en informatie over over alle beroepsgroepen, alle branches, op vier opleidingsnivaus (vmbo, mbo, hbo en wo), twaalf regio’s (de provincies) en verschillende ervaringsniveaus (junior, medior, senior). ## Rapportage Arbeidsmarktkansen geeft een objectief en onafhankelijk beeld van iemands huidige en toekomstige arbeidsmarktkansen. Er is zowel een papieren als een interactieve online rapportage beschikbaar, met daarin: - een persoonlijk beeld van arbeidsmarktkansen en mogelijke alternatieven van werk buiten de huidige branche. - een indicatie van invloed van contractvormen, arbeidsduur (fulltime/parttime) robotisering, reis- en verhuisbereidheid op de arbeidsmarktkansen. - de beste manieren om te zoeken en te solliciteren.
